KOSO Lock Valve CL-420 Used for shut off, switching, or locking of
instrumental air circuit (air relay).
CL-420 air lock valve is a device that can detect the pressure in
time and automatically cut off the channel when the air supply
pressure is lower than the set pressure. When the compressed air
source fails and stops the air supply, the air lock valve is used
to cut off the valve control channel, so that the valve position
remains the position before the air cut off. In order to ensure the
normal progress of the process, the air lock valve will not open
the channel until the accident in the system is eliminated and the
air supply is re-supplied, and it will be controlled when it
returns to normal.

CL523H is mainly connected to the actuator cylinder, used for
actuator position retention, position retention valve
When the air source fails, the output side of the lock valve is
emptied when the pressure is lower than the set value of CL420, and
when the pressure is lower than the set value of CL523H, if the
exhaust port is blocked, it can play a protective role.
Connecting the instrument gas tank to the air port can make the
valve fully open or fully closed (CL420 is used for the main gas
source circuit, CL523H is used for the auxiliary gas circuit).
