Setra differential pressure transmitter-Model 268/268 Ex/268Mr
Intrinsically safe explosion-proof type
Mode1 268 series micro differential pressure sensor consists of a
stainless steel diaphragm and a fixed electrode with a variable
capacitance, pressure changes, capacitance value changes. Setra's unique detection circuit converts changes in capacitance
values into linear DIRECT current signals. Elastic diaphragm can withstand 70KPa overpressure
(positive/negative) without damage. This sensor/transmitter has been temperature compensated for
improved temperature performance and long term stability.
Model 268 or 268MR differential pressure transmitters can be used
to measure differential or gauge pressure (static) and convert the
signal into a proportional current signal, which outputs a current
signal of 4-20mA. Excitation voltage is 24VDC. Model 268(EX) meets
intrinsically safe requirements and is rated IA LL CT4(optional)
for normal operation in explosion-proof environments. The minimum
measurement range of Model268/268MR is 0~25Pa and the maximum
measurement range is 0~25KPa. The accuracy is ±1%FS at room
temperature, and the temperature compensation range is +5~+65°C.
Through the temperature compensation circuit, the temperature
influence is less than ±0.06%FS/°C.
