Description

The brake rectifier enables the activation of the electromagnetic holding brake in one

Brake motor with 8200 motec frequency converter.

Motec with function module

Before assembly, be sure to remove the protective cap of the function module (B) and Remove and store the FIF cover cap (A)! Otherwise the motec could be damaged will!
Before commissioning, use the sticker (C) that is included with the function module Complete the motec nameplate.

Remove and keep the protection cover of the function module (B) and the FIF protection cover (A) before assembly! Otherwise, the motec can be damaged!
Complete the motec nameplate with the sticker (C) that is delivered together with the function module.

Before commissioning
configure the relay output for brake control
- Signal “Value below Qmin threshold ” must be assigned to the relay output

set the frequency threshold Qmin under C0017
- The brake is activated when the setpoint falls below Qmin
- The brake is released when the setpoint exceeds Qmin
